- No attempts to disrupt or circumvent security or access non-public areas.
- No infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.
5) Services
We provide life coaching, group sessions, workshops, written materials, and related wellness content. Our services are not a substitute for medical care or licensed therapy. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where feasible.
6) Bookings, Memberships, Shop Orders & Pricing
- Fees are displayed at checkout; taxes and delivery charges (where applicable) are shown before you confirm your order.
- Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal; see Refunds & Cancellations.
- We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, and availability.
- Shop orders: When you place an order through our shop, you are offering to buy products from us. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order (for example, where a product is mispriced, out of stock, or we suspect fraud).
- Payment: Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (such as Stripe). You must only use a payment method you are authorised to use. We do not store your full card details.

- Promotions, discounts & gift cards: From time to time we may offer promotional codes, gift cards, or similar benefits. These may be subject to additional terms, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site, shop, or breach of these Terms.
12) Governing Law
England and Wales law applies; the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
13) Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after notice means you accept the changes.
14) Contact
These Terms are intended as a clear, plain-language summary. They do not replace bespoke legal advice.
Cookie Policy
1) What Are Cookies & Similar Technologies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies include localStorage, sessionStorage, and pixels. We use these to operate the site securely, remember choices, and, if you consent, measure and improve performance, and (if applicable in future) tailor marketing.
2) Your Choices
- On first visit, a banner lets you accept all or manage preferences.
- You can change your choices any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser; essential features may not work as intended.
3) Categories We Use
- Essential (always on): required for core functions like navigation, security, load balancing, consent storage, and secure checkout in our shop. No consent required.
- Analytics (opt-in): help us understand how the site is used so we can improve content and performance.
- Functionality (opt-in): remember your settings (e.g., language, display preferences) to enhance your experience.
- Marketing (opt-in): deliver/measure personalised content or communications (used only if we introduce these features in future).
4) Detailed List (illustrative)

5) Legal Basis
We rely on consent for analytics, functionality, and marketing cookies. We use essential cookies because they are necessary to provide the service you request (including secure checkout) and to maintain security.
6) Managing Cookies
- Use the "Cookie preferences" link in our footer to change your settings at any time.
- Browser controls let you delete or block cookies; see your browser's help pages.
- Some third-party providers offer their own opt-outs (e.g., Google's tools).
7) Updates
We update this page when our use of cookies changes. Check back for the latest information.
Refunds & Cancellations
1) 1:1 Coaching & Group Sessions
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule once per booking free of charge if requested = 72 hours before the session.
- Cancellation: Cancel = 72 hours before the session for a full refund or credit. Cancellations < 72 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
- Provider cancellations: If we must cancel, you can choose a new date or receive a refund/credit.
2) Memberships
- Renewal: Monthly auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date in your account or by contacting us.
- Cancellation: You can cancel any time; you'll retain access until the end of the current billing period.
- Cooling-off: UK consumers may have a 14-day cooling-off period under consumer law if no services have been accessed. If you access member content or services during this period, you may lose the right to cancel for a full refund.
3) Shop - Non-Personalised Physical Products
For non-personalised physical products purchased through our shop (for example, standard items that are not made-to-order), we want you to be happy with your purchase.
- Change of mind: If you change your mind, you can usually cancel and return unused, unopened items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first before sending anything back.
- Returns process: Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process any eligible refund to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping charges may not be refundable except where required by law.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
4) Personalised & Made-to-Order Items
Circle of Life: Written in the Stars and any similar personalised or bespoke works are made-to-order based on information you provide (for example, date/time of birth and optional personalised messages). For change-of-mind returns, UK regulations typically exempt personalised goods once production has begun.
- You may cancel within 48 hours of ordering or before work starts (whichever is sooner).
- After work has begun (for example, once the chart or written content is in progress), you may no longer be entitled to a change-of-mind refund.
This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty or not as described.
5) Packaging Damage
We take care to package your order securely. Sometimes postal or courier handling can cause minor damage to the outer packaging while the product itself remains in perfect condition.
- Outer postal packaging: Minor dents, scuffs, or tears to the shipping box or envelope alone do not usually make the product" faulty" and will not normally entitle you to a replacement or refund.
- Retail/branded packaging: For non-personalised products returned during the cooling-off period, we ask that you take reasonable care of the items and any branded/retail packaging. If an item or its retail packaging has been handled more than necessary and this reduces resale value, we may make a reasonable deduction from your refund, as permitted by law.
- Personalised items: For personalised or made-to-order items (including Circle of Life), packaging damage alone will not normally justify a refund where the product is in good condition, unless required by consumer law.
6) Faulty or Damaged Items (Shop & Personalised)
If a product itself arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund according to your statutory rights.
7) How to Request
Email evenusltd@gmail.com with your order details, the email address used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond with next steps. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
This policy is intended to support your consumer rights, not restrict them. If you are unsure how these rules apply in your situation, please contact us so we can help.
