Gemma Ward was born on November 3rd, 1987, in Perth (Australia). Gemma is the second daughter of Gary and Claire Ward. Her older sister Sophie is also a model. Gemma has younger twin brothers, Oscar and Henry. She was discovered in 2002 in the Australian TV show "Search for a Supermodel". Soon she signed with Vivien's Model Management in home Australia and later with IMG in New York.
Gemma has been on campaigns from Prada to Yves Saint Laurent and in shows for Versace and Gucci. She has also been on magazine covers of Vogue and many others. She became the spokesmodel for Calvin Klein's perfume "Obsession Night for Men", along with male model Drew Keilt.
